CARE Pharmacies Specialty Network Program has been created to meet the changing needs of the patients we serve. CARE Pharmacy Specialty Network Program will specialize in pharmacy services to patients afflicted with chronic conditions including, but not limited to, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriasis, Crohn’s Disease, Cancer, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis and Multiple Sclerosis. Our Specialty Pharmacy will complete the behind the scene components required of filling specialty medications, including Benefits Verification, Prior Authorization Completion, Patient Assistance Program Enrollment, Clinical Assessment of Medication Usage, and REMS program Management. The CARE Pharmacy Specialty Network Program staff will contact all patients and determine the need date of the medication, review financial responsibility, perform medication counseling and identify the preferred delivery method. The prescription will then be fulfilled out of the CARE retail store which it originated from.
