CARE Pharmacies, Mark Ey, and the NCPA Regional Chain Advisory Group met with Representative Diana Harshbarger, who is one of only two pharmacists in congress, this week to discuss upcoming legislation going before the House of Representatives. The group discussed upcoming legislation, H.R. 5378 (Lower Costs, More Transparency Act), H.R. 1770 ( Equitable Community Access to Pharmacist Services Act) and H.R. 2880 (Protecting Patients Against PBM Abuse Act).
