Manager of Programs & Services Job Description  

Job Title: Manager of Member Programs & Services 

Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm M-F 

Location: Hybrid 

Report to: Director of Programs & Services

The right candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have a strong talent for project coordination and be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion to drive better profitability to our CARE members.  

Objectives of the Role: 

– Provides customer support operations to CARE members through programs and services. Evaluate and improve customer program utilization.
– Works closely with the Director of Programs and Services to identify opportunities across multiple projects.
– Maintains organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
– Oversees multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached.
– Align project execution and success with CARE’s strategic goals. 

Program Manager Responsibilities

– Responsible for daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting of CARE programs through increased members’ access.
– Analyzes and monitors COGs as well as audit troubleshooting. – Monitors and analyzes Surecost platform utilization.
– Perform a variety of advanced office tasks, including writing and editing correspondence.
– Assists upper management with different projects and during quarterly financial audits.
– Works closely with upper management to analyze and evaluate future programs and services.
– Generates reports, assists in presentation preparation, and conducts research.
– Measures and monitors Key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Supports upper management on CARE’s Annual Member Meeting and manages vendor sponsorships. 

Required Skills and Qualifications. 

– Five or more years of experience in a management role, preferably in analytics and program management.
– Exceptional skills in customer support operations, time management,  facilitation, and meeting coordination.
– Experience in managing different members with a knowledge of program objectives and business strategic goals.
– Working knowledge of digital marketing including websites and social media.
– Ability to work well in teams and manage timelines and deliverables.  

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
– Strong working knowledge of project management and customer service
– Big picture thinking and superior analytical skills
