“Older Adults In Certain Regions May Be Healthier”

Quality of life and health of older adults better in Midwest and Northeast US than in the South

(dailyRx News) Could older residents in certain parts of the country fare better than their peers in other regions? Maybe so, according to the authors of a new study.

This new study examined health-related quality of life in adults over the age of 65 across the US.

The researchers found that older adults in the Northeastern and Midwestern US were more likely to have better health-related quality of life scores than older adults in the South.
