The generic (Tobramycin Inhalation Solution) is allowed to be distributed via retail pharmacies, so customers can now access this product.
Generic Tobi should be visible on retail SOURCE contracts later today.

Tobramycin (TOE-bruh-MY-sin)
The new generic form of Tobi® (tobramycin) inhalation solution is now available from Teva and is being added to the Cardinal Health SOURCESM Generics offering. Cardinal Health is unaware of other suppliers at this time. Due to low volume, generic Tobi® will not be distributed to pharmacies as part of the First ScriptSM offering. The generic product is anticipated to be available for ordering from Cardinal Health on Wednesday, November 20, 2013. Tobi® is indicated for the management of cystic fibrosis patients with P. aeruginosa.
