The administrative assistant/office manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the corporate staff through a variety of tasks including administrative, accounting support , data management, customer service, communications, vendor relations and general office management.
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
